Smith Magnet serves as the base school for some area neighborhoods and can register base students in our main office. Students wishing to apply for entry through the Magnet program must do so through the annual Magnet Application time.
There is a different registration process depending on what grade your child will be in and whether or not the child’s primary language is English. Visit the Wake County Public School System’s website for more information on enrolling children in the WCPSS system and on registering rising kindergarten students for WCPSS schools.
